What is Triskell PPM?
Triskell is a cloud-based Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPPM) platform that allows users to plan, prioritize, manage and monitor their organization's initiatives. Triskell includes tools for demand management, capacity management, project portfolio management, application portfolio management, resource management, financial management, classic and agile project management, and IT service management.
Triskell allows users to define scorecards to identify the highest ROI projects using multiple weighted criteria, forecast the cost and demand for resources with top-down staffing and “what if” scenario analysis, link related objects from IT and business projects and demands to manage activity, compare project forecasts with actual costs and projected expenses to calculate budget consumption, and much more.
