What is inSitu Sales?

inSitu Sales is a cloud-based field sales, distribution and eCommerce management solution designed to help small to medium businesses manage and streamline processes for order taking, invoicing, and payments. With real-time data and GPS tracking functionality, it allows enterprises to closely monitor operations and communicate with field representatives, with the aim of improving operational efficiency.

Key features of inSitu Sales include billing, mobile payment processing, cataloging, routing and territory management. It enables sales teams to use the native mobile applications or eCommerce portal to create sales orders, estimates, and invoices in the field based on product information and pricing details provided by businesses. The platform comes with a communication module, which lets users create questionnaires or forms and add custom fields for text, photos and captured signatures in them. Enterprises can use the reporting functionality to generate surveys and reports after a complete analysis of inventory, marketing, sales, and delivery route data gathered on field tasks.

inSitu Sales facilitates integration with several third-party applications such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, FreshBooks, SAP, and Xero. It provides native mobile applications for Android and iPhone devices for users to remotely upload content, which is then transferred to the server once internet is available.

QuickBooks has a much better accounting package that Service Fusion does not come close to. Stick with what you are good at and don't try to be everything. If you do, you will continue to dilute your efforts at providing a good product.
