What is Knowliah?
Knowliah is a legal case management solution for businesses of all sizes, which helps users manage and store all critical information on a unified platform. It comes with an automated contextualization engine, which lets users quickly search and locate relevant documents as well as emails related to a specific case, customer, or issue.
Key features of Knowliah include a 360 degree case overview, document assembly, matter/entity management, billing and invoicing, version control and time tracking. With GDPR compliant processes, it allows legal firms to identify, process and regulate compliance in regards to the use of sensitive and unstructured information within their database. Plus, the auto-classification engine automatically adds meta-data to uploaded documents, classifying documents and emails for quick access.
Knowliah provides a Web API for enterprises to modify the system and integrate it with email or file servers, web portals and third-party CRM, ERP and document management systems. Legal counselors can also use Knowliah's Hotfolder integration to connect and gather documents, which are saved across folders on shared drives. The solution can either be deployed on-premise or hosted in the cloud.
