What is TeamKeeper?
TeamKeeper (formerly Clockwise) is a provider of time tracking software that utilizes smarter technology to move businesses forward with the aim of making productivity more efficient. Boasting a free customized setup included with every package, cloud-based pricing plans span Standard and Premium features with on-premise deployment also available.
The DCAA compliant solution integrates alongside popular third-party accounting systems including QuickBooks, allowing employee time and attendance records to be imported within clicks. Those timekeeping records are made more accurate thanks to project-based tracking tools, multi-tiered approval controls, automated overtime monitoring and leave management. The latter allows complex rules to be setup for vacation, sick and holiday leave, empowering employees to make requests and managers to plan resources appropriately. Holiday schedules and planned company-wide holidays are automatically added to timesheets, while multiple time clock options capture real time attendance information via biometric, proximity, card swipe or pin entry methods.
The companion GHG Mobile Webclock app for Android and iOS platforms also logs timesheet punch in and punch outs to track working hours on the move. Electronic pay stubs then streamlines a paperless payroll process, while HR management capabilities centralize administrative records to enable workers themselves to view and edit personal profiles.
