ALMobile enables administrators to automate various operations related to payroll processing, project management, and job costing for labor or equipment. It offers a grid time entry feature, which allows supervisors to add and monitor total time spent by field personnel at job sites. Managers can also create or update crews and add time through mobile devices. The application helps supervisors analyze production work, compare budgets between actual and projected work, and discover improvement opportunities.
ALMobile offers integration with various third-party enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as Acumatica, Oracle, Penta, CGC, Foundation, SAP, IFS, and Viewpoint. Employees can clock-in or out using self-service kiosks and confirm identity through biometric face recognition allowing managers to track attendance in real-time.
