What is Cugic?

Cugic provides live chat and help desk software for small, medium and indeed larger scale business users. The solution promises to close the gap between brands and customers by adding targeted chat functionality via app, an existing website or through popular social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. Customers can therefore engage with agents in real time, receiving answers to sales queries, support advice and more without needing to call or send email. The fully customizable chat experience is available in 39 languages to support a diverse multinational customer base, with all Cugic communications encrypted to deliver trustworthy confidentiality.

Authorized agents can access the system through a responsive online dashboard, available across all devices. Customers can also be phoned direct from PC via a toll free 1-800 number, eliminating the need for expensive call center integration and even supporting video call connections. Installation alongside Facebook and Twitter then enables brand perceptions to be monitored and responded to on the leading social channels, while built-in reporting capabilities make analytics on important service KPI's more visible when gauging agent performance.
