Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Leap overview
What is Leap?
Leap is the complete software platform for home improvement contractors, combining Leap CRM for business operations and SalesPro for in-home sales into one connected system. Designed specifically for roofing, siding, window and door, remodeling, painting, and specialty trade contractors, Leap manages the entire workflow from the first lead to the final payment without requiring separate tools, manual data entry, or third-party workarounds.
Leap CRM handles the full operational side of a contracting business. It captures leads from Angi, website forms, and referrals, then automatically assigns them, triggers follow-up emails, and creates tasks based on configurable workflow rules. Sales appointments and production crews are managed on separate calendars with division-level filtering, eliminating the scheduling conflicts that plague teams sharing a single calendar. Estimates are built digitally with taxes, commissions, and margin calculations included, and convert directly into proposals with Good/Better/Best pricing tiers that homeowners can review and e-sign on the spot. Job production is tracked through fully customizable workflow stages — no predefined steps, no forcing your process into a rigid system. Contractors can order materials directly from ABC Supply, SRS Distribution, and QXO with live supplier pricing pulled automatically into estimates, eliminating double entry and pricing errors. A custom report builder provides profit and loss analysis by job, team performance tracking, and full margin visibility in real time.
SalesPro is Leap's in-home sales application, built for field representatives who need to estimate, propose, contract, finance, and collect payment at the door. The app operates fully offline — no internet connection required — making it reliable in any field environment. Reps can present Good/Better/Best pricing options, offer GreenSky financing at the point of sale, capture digital signatures using Leap's patented dynamic contract system, and process payments without leaving the homeowner's driveway. SalesPro connects directly to Leap CRM, so every signed contract flows immediately into production without manual re-entry.
Leap Pay is the platform's integrated payment processing layer, supporting credit card, debit, and ACH transactions both in person and remotely. There are no monthly fees, and same-day transaction payouts are available. GreenSky financing can be presented and processed within the same sales workflow.
Leap includes 35 or more native integrations at no additional cost. These include QuickBooks for accounting, CompanyCam for photo documentation, EagleView and HOVER for aerial measurements, GAF QuickMeasure for roofing measurements, GreenSky for financing, Angi for lead generation, SalesRabbit for door-to-door sales, Hatch for outbound communication, Zapier for workflow automation, and Google Calendar for scheduling. Direct supplier integrations with ABC Supply, SRS Distribution, and QXO enable live pricing and one-click material ordering from within the platform.
Leap's Professional Services team manages implementation, including onboarding, price guide configuration, document setup, integration activation, and staff training. Every account includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager. The platform is available on desktop, tablet, and mobile, with full iOS and Android apps that mirror desktop functionality. Leap CRM is priced at $79 per month for Essential and $298 per month for Team. Leap has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for five consecutive years from 2021 through 2025 and holds a 4.3-star rating across more than 500 verified reviews on G2 and Capterra.

Worse, the company enforces a ridiculous 60-day written cancellation policy, yet they implemented the rate increase immediately.
