What is hybo?

hybo is the end-to-end software that manages and books workspaces. hybo is a real-time, cloud-based SaaS platform that enables organizations to connect workspaces with employees. It allows the booking of workplaces, desks, meeting rooms, canteen shifts, and parking spaces, and also allows the management and booking of external visitors and the management and monitoring of incidents in facilities and equipment. Features include:

- The comprehensive solution for the management and booking of workspaces.

- Analysis of occupancy data and decision-making in real-time.

- Application of priorities and rules defined for groups of employees by position or by physical or sanitary conditions.

- Administration and reception of incidents reported by employees in equipment and facilities.

- Definition and management of the rules governing the allocation of positions, and BackOffice allocation for senior managers.

- Information on each employee to adjust their booking preferences.

- Access to personal information to be able to edit data in OnBoarding.

- Offer the user a pleasant and easy experience to make an online booking.

- Booking validation and release process.

- Booking reminders and the possibility to release booked spaces in case of non-attendance.
