It can sometimes be difficult to find requests as they are sorted by subject or email address. When sending out numerous information requests, sorting by email address isn't great especially when an email address doesn't contain their name.

The only slight weakness is when adding information on a workspace, when inputting some information, it then sometimes shows an error about the link.

I have found no negatives with using Glasscubes to date. If I was pushed to single out one thing it is that some uploaded file types cannot be printed directly to my printer, but this is a very minor gripe.

I can’t delete requests very easily, which slows me down when tidying old items.

Many issues faced follow user error/lack of input and I feel this is a system where you get out what you put in - work needed to make maximum use of it.

Streamlining the request deletion process would make it even better.

If I make a comment in the main dashboard area it puts a task on the "Response Needed" logo (orange 'refreshing' style logo) and I have no ability to mark it "ticked green" as complete unless the client responds.

I feel you can create things such as teams where if there are different companies collaborating on this then it will notify more than one person from the other company. As this is something that has been highlighted during my use of this software as my colleague would receive notifications and I would not.
