Q. What is ThunderTix used for?
ThunderTix is a complete ticketing system with built-in CRM, email marketing, memberships, donor and volunteer management, plus sales for gift cards and merchandise. Teams can sell tickets for both general admission events and assigned seating events that display each venue's layout. The platform enables managers to replicate events and copy event details to build an entire season and create pricing tiers by ticket type or seating section. The customer relationship manager, mass mail, and conversion pixel tracking empower users to reach the audience. Administrators can personalize email confirmations, event reminders, and tickets to include terms & conditions and sponsor ads. Operators can personalize the ThunderTix event listing with CSS to match the styles of the website for a branded experience and inspire customer confidence with secure transactions. The box office portal allows staff to process orders on behalf of customers by phone or on-site for walk-ups. Encourage sales with packaged discounts, loyalty programs, and coupons. Customers can print tickets at home, at the box office, or present an electronic ticket to be scanned using the mobile app or handheld scanners. Venues are wowed by the percentage of ticket buyers that opt to round-up the purchase for a small donation.
