I like this software because (1) ease of use; (2) user friendly program; (3) good tutorials to guide the user through the program.
Product is useless and customer service terrible. I give it negative stars.
I like the regular version better and liked that layout better. Customer service has been helpful most of the time.
Also, the incorrect event names and descriptions are the same in both Panther and Outlook. These are the most basic errors that should have been caught well before the product was offered for sale.
Ease of use - adding entries and having the ability to edit the entries as the case progresses is one of the best tools.
Always having to purchase in six case increments is sometimes inconvenient.
We are happy to have a powerful safety net and tool backing us up. We don't miss deadlines as a team because of the functionality LawToolBox provides.
If I could give no stars for this review, I would. LawToolBox will calculate dates and populate them into PracticePanther, but will not show the underlying statutes that are critical for an attorney.
Law Tool Box is always up to date on any rule changes. Customer service is very responsive and goes above and beyond to help resolve an issue.
Paired with the ability to have a strong start on any forms which are linked to a deadline (by the provision of preliminary formats) is a real timesaver.
It is easy to use and takes very little training. Even someone with (basically) no legal background would be able to figure it out and successfully use it.
We use Lawtoolbox as out main litigation software. It is helpful for smaller firms looking to save money.
I'm the only one in the office right now. If I have a good experience with this program, I would like to talk to my managers and add this tool to our toolkit.

Finally, since the cost is modest, it is a very appropriate cost to pass on to the client (assuming that this does not conflict with any fee agreement).

Our experience with eFORCE has been great. They have a solid product and excellent customer support.
We changed over to EFORCE in 2009 due to the lack of Customer Service in our old system. These are willing to listen to our issued, challenges and what we need for our agency.
So far we have experienced only good things with our system. It is user friendly and all of our officers love it.
Being a smaller town, not close to anyone using this software at the time, proved to be more difficult.
EFORCE is an excellent company that provides excellent software and support.
The only thing right now that is making my life difficult is how slow it is to make changes and enter a case.
We appreciate them being so personable and willing to help. Even with things that are not in the "contract" per se.
Any time we have had an issue, tech support is there to take care of it. We have a positive relationship with the eFORCE staff and tech's.
I like working on the eForce software. It's becoming a better software from when we purchased it.
It is very user friendly. I like the fact that I can open an entire report into one document.
The Officers did like the inventory and report part of this program.

GovPilot has been wonderful. They are very easy to work with and have been responsive to our needs.
Putting things in writing can do away with any misunderstanding there may be when discussing on the phone with the person handling complaint.
Very User Friendly!!! Very government friendly. The information on in one spot is the best.
If GovPilot cannot detect the location, the resident is unable to move forward with logging in a complaint.
It's very flexible to our needs. If we need help or a change to the system your support team is very responsive and acceptable of our requests.
I am unaware of the cost so I cannot answer the value for money.
The technical support is fantastic. If you can dream up the function and the work flow, the development team can build it.
Not as much phone time and email time sending the complaints to the proper department and person.
I would love to include our taxes and water bills, etc. We currently use it for our Building Department and it's a great way to keep your file information and records in one spot with all your forms.
Excellent communication and extremely responsive tech support.
They are easily able to seamlessly take antique paper applications and make them into easy to use online forms that give us the ability to track items that we never were before.
I like the feature that allows us to communicate directly with our residents so that they know exactly what actions are being taken to resolve their issue.

I like the ability to easily communicate with staff and clients about their legal issues. The automation is very good and allows tasks to be done in half the time without automation.
The function to submit a question does not result in any feedback at all. The program is now getting glitchy and the newest update is just terrible looking and terrible functionally.
I have made a couple suggestions to improve the software and both changes have been made. Their customer support is outstanding.
So, I always try to take the "oops, MyCase is no longer available" as a sign that I should stop working.
Our firm uses this for EVERYTHING. I am very pleased with MyCase and will continue to recommend it to other firms.
I am worried that quality will decline after the recent buyout.
I think MyCase is very intuitive and they have excellent help when we need it.
I have made a few suggestions over the past few years that would enhance my experience and those have been ignored.

Litify empowers you with a lot of data and analytics, and with great knowledge comes great responsibility.
Litify forces you to pay for its document management system called Docrio. This program has a lot of issues, very slow and causes systems to crash requiring a restart.
It allowed an easy training for us as we were already used to the basic format. It helps us really stay focused on the areas we need to be focused on.
We integrated litify with our Salesforce and it has ruined Salesforce.
The program is very user friendly and self explanatory, it would be very easy to learn on your own but you have the support of the company to help you through every step of the way.
The search function that was the backbone of our Salesforce use was completely ruined.
Overall there is better team communication between offices and team members. There is also better documentation of the files to assure all team members can pick up a file and help a client.
I've run into a lot of challenges integrating other products. Many products integrate with Salesforce but once the engineers get involved and try to integrate with Litify, it's a problem.
The Docrio features are outstanding and improve our Case Managers UX.
I like that Litify is simple and easy to use. The quick tab are especially helpful when needing info quickly without going into the actual tabs.

The one thing that was great about litify that everything would be on one screen and the quick info boxes are a plus.
The fact that Zapier.com provides a simple drag and drop UI to do this with Salesforce was important and has allowed us to connect to several other applications quickly and effectively.

You actually get to talk to a person and they are always so willing to help all of our questions...no matter how trivial or how difficult. The reporting functions and capabilites are fantastic.

This software is great as it is fast and provides great results that can quickly be shared with others.
Some pdfs might make the software crash, we have seen this sometimes. Although of course this happen rarely in comparison to the amount of documents we are processing monthly.
Files and compares documents with an ease that most users seem very comfortable with. It has a good integration with imanage and outlook to help more streamline work.
It is not without its flaws, and, at times, it seems to be many. We have had several releases that have severely broken certain functionality.
Workshare Compare us a solid software that makes file management easier. It is a great tool that allows you to access your files from anywhere anytime and share them with your colleagues and friends.

Workshare Compare showed you every little change that was made to a document and allowed you to know not track redlines but learn from past mistakes if using the tool within your organization.
I love being able to compare documents throughout the negotiation process. It’s easy to see changes and share documents with colleagues.

The feature I like most is the expanded search ability which allows you to narrow down cases or find the exact documents you are looking for with ease.
The only problem I had with the software at first was finding certain cases that were older, but there is a date filter that fixes that problem.
Nice looking and easy-to-use user interface, extensive databases of legal decisions, nice filters to narrow them, and properly named files when we download.
The patent office's website can be difficult to navigate, and if you need to get updates for a dozen court cases, it could take an hour or more to check each one.
It helps us extend our legal coverage and provides a very useful api access.
More details in the initial query, so I don't have to get the full case just to find it's not about the person I was looking for. Mainly in Docket Alarm end point.
It has streamlined the process and delivered better results. The search and alert functionality has been a good way to stay current on cases and topics.
I am a paralegal at Banner Witcoff and have used Docket Alarm for almost a year. My specialty is in the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, a relatively new court set up in Washington D.C. that.
Far more user-friendly than PACER; ability to keyword search dockets is a game-changer; very much like how i can tailor/personalize docket email alerts.
The breadth of information available is impressive.
I like that it's very easy to use, it's simple to search for your case and be updated on the filings.
